WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

I operate a 48-hour cancellation policy so if you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance, I will not charge you for the missed session. 

If you cancel after that, or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment as I have committed the time.


I recognise that emergencies happen, so if a genuine emergency prevented you

from attending a session and you let me know at your earliest convenience, I would consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee.


HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

Many clients ask how many sessions they may need and this doesn’t have a set answer as it depends on what we are exploring and the process may not always be straightforward.However, I am very aware that therapy is an investment of both your time and money so we will regularly review our work to check in on where we are and what we are working towards.
If you are limited around finance, I can offer short term work (i.e. 6 sessions). Alternatively, if you feel it would be helpful to work more long term with me, this is also something I am able to accommodate.
