I am so pleased to welcome you to my website; I’d like to tell you more about the services I offer in counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and mental health first aid (MHFA) training.

I’m Leanne, an Essex based therapeutic counsellor and MHFA instructor.

I’m qualified to work with you on a variety of issues including; depression, anxiety, life change, stress, addiction, relationship issues, bereavement, etc.

I also deliver Two and One day Mental Health First Aid England Training for adults and youth.
